Our Journey and Values

Siri SOWAKA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to holistic health, committed to reviving traditional wisdom around food, lifestyle, and well-being. Our team of nutrition educators, traditional health practitioners, and wellness coaches works together to make sustainable wellness accessible for all. We promote "Sustainable One Wellness (for) All Knowing Awareness" by fostering healthy lifestyle changes through wellness retreats, educational workshops, and both live and online classes for the public.

We draw motivation from the groundbreaking work of Dr. Khadar Vali, who champions millets as "Siridhanya", and Dr. Sarala, a leader in food healing. Their dedication fuels our mission to promote holistic health.
